Boxes copied over for PA and north-eastern CT

All the boxes hosted on the LBNA website for PA and north-eastern CT have
been copied over to the new site. Please let me know if there are any
mistakes, omissions, etc. It looks like most of the north-eastern CT boxes
hosted on other sites have also been listed on the new site by the box
owners, but there are still a number to be done in PA. Please let me know if
you'd like help doing this.
